DFWCSIGN UPPRIZES

Official Rules and Regulations of the Dynasty Fantasy Leagues

Entry Fees: Individual league is $299 per season. All annual entry fees are due by March 31 each year. If not received, we will attempt one final reach out before orphaning the team. Players may request a one-time extension and upon approval, must submit two weeks prior to the Rookie draft, which occurs annually one week after the NFL draft.

Please note, due to sweeping legislation around the country, an additional minor software fee may be required at checkout. Start up refunds are always granted prior to league formation, however no refunds are granted after draft orders have been released to the league.

Deposit: In the DFWC Contest, you are required to pay a deposit of $100 towards next year's dues, only if you decide to trade away any future 1st or 2nd round draft pick. Those are highly coveted picks that technically belong to whoever owns the team the following year . Future year deposits are non-refundable if a team is abandoned.

Software: The game will be powered by the FullTime Fantasy Sports Championship Software.

League Schedule: 14 week Regular Season

Weeks 1,2 and 14 will be All-Play. What this means is that in each league, the top 6 scoring teams for the individual week, each receive a win awarded and the bottom 6 scoring teams each receive a loss. If two or more teams tie in 6th place all teams get a win.
Weeks 3-13 will be head to head one time against each other league member, scheduled randomly by the software.
NOTE: This was polled and will be changed for the 2019 season. Nearly 80% of players feel that moving at least one of the all-play weeks to week 14 would help curb the problem of alleged tanking in the pivotal week 14. Tanking should not reward some owners due to scheduling which can have adverse affects on the playoff seeding. A run off survey will be conducted to finalize the change.

Scoring:
SCORING

League Playoff Round:

The top 4 teams inside of each league (as dictated below) advance to the League Playoff Round (weeks 15-17)

1 seed – Best record (points tie-breaker)
2 seed - Top point scoring team (other than 1 seed)
3 seed – Next best record (other than 1 or 2 seed)
4 seed – Next best scoring team (other than 1, 2 or 3 seed)
These 4 teams will participate in a points shootout where each team's weekly average from weeks 1-14 will be added to their cumulative starting points total from weeks 15-17. The Top scoring team will be declared the League Champion. The 2nd best scoring team will be declared the League Runner-Up. The 3rd best team will win the 3rd place price.

Championship Round:

The 4 teams above will also automatically qualify for the Dynasty World Championship Round. This round is simultaneous to the League Playoff Round. Each team will participate in a points shootout with each league's Top 4 teams, where each team's weekly average from weeks 1-14 will be added to their cumulative starting points total from weeks 15-17. The highest scoring team will win the Dynasty World Championship Grand Prize and be crowned the Dynasty Football World Champion. View the prizes HERE.

Wildcard Teams that Make the Championship Playoffs:

--Any team that ties with the best record in their league during the regular season and does not qualify as one of the four automatic entries.

--Top Ten percent of all teams that have the most total points scored. Example: 500 total teams = Any team in top 50 after week 13 would qualify as a Wildcard Team.

Starting Lineup: "FFWC 11-man lineup with dual flex" 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 PK, 1 DST & 2 FLEX (RB, WR or TE) The Dynasty Commissioner staff at FullTimeFantasy expects each owner to set a competitive lineup each week. There is no benching of players allowed in order to "game the system" to acquire better draft picks. For the betterment of the league, we reserve the right to adjust a starting lineup for any team that is starting inactive, injured or bye week players. The Dynasty Commissioner staff will judge this on a case by case basis when needed and make a fair judgement call for any roster that appears to be tanking (benching players who shouldn't be benched). We ask that you give us your trust in this matter so the contest can be enjoyed by all.

SuperFlex Leagues - 1 of the 2 FLEX positions can be QB.

Superflexy 2TE Premium: 1 of the 2 FLEX positions can be QB. 2 TE must be started each week. TE receive 1.5 points per reception. There are no kickers or defenses in this league and it's a 26 round draft. In-season roster maximum is 26.

Divisions: There will be no divisions since each team is played exactly once per season. This eliminates any unfair advantage of being placed in a perceived "tough or easy" division.

Trading: Trade season opens March 7, 2024, to all teams paid in full. Trade season ends with the Sunday kickoff of Week 14 games.

Please Note: Trading is encouraged in dynasty and all trades are subject to be reviewed by the Commissioner staff at FullTime Fantasy Sports. The general philosophy at the DFWC, is that we do not plan to get involved in trades. Each person views players and pick value differently, however all teams are expected to act with the best interest of not only your team, but the league in mind. Example: dumping your best players to the best team in the league to acquire picks may help you long term team but hurt the league as a whole. Trades that appear to be roster dumping or grossly un-even will be reviewed and reversed. The FFWC reserves the right to investigate any trades for the betterment of the league and to revoke the trade if the executive team feels it is necessary. Owners who attempt or appear to be attempting to circumvent the rules or become repeat offenders may be disqualified without return of fees or deposits. All FFWC decisions are final.

Trade Protests: If you as a player feel a trade is grossly un-even or potential collusion, you must submit a protest using the Contact Us page as quickly as possible with a detailed explanation of why you feel the trade is unfair. This will alert us to a possible issue. The players themselves however, have no power to veto a trade. This power rests solely with the Dynasty Commissioner staff here at Full Time Fantasy. We reserve the right to pause a draft in progress if this occurs in a timely fashion during a draft and to make any executive decision necesary to correct the issue, including but not limited to reversing the transaction and any subsequent transactions involved. If more than 1 team protests a trade, we will take a look, but a trade will have to be extremely lopsided for us to get involved. We ask for your trust that we'll do the right thing when it comes to trades. We don't expect any issues in this area.

Trades must still adhere to roster limits at the time of the transaction.

In the event of a mistaken trade, (accepting from a cell phone "fat fingering") we will evaluate all relevant information and use our best judgement to come to a resolution. Generally speaking, if the owner quickly responds after the completed trade, to alert the owners involved and us to the issue, we will reverse the trade in order to proect our player's best interests.

Startup Maiden Draft: These are 22 round serpentine style drafts. Round 1: 1-12, Round 2: 12-1 etc. The new maiden startup draft schedule will be released in late April 2024.

Maiden Draft Order: We use a random draft order generator provided by our league software provider and email out all official draft orders in advance for maiden drafts. Maiden drafts have a 4-hour per pick timer and the clock is extended from 1:00 AM ET to 9:00 AM ET. Picks can be made while the clock is extended. This has been very well received and keeps the draft moving at a good pace. Please be patient as owners attempt to negoatiate trades.

Please Note: If a pick is not made in the timeframe allotted, the computer will first refer to the "queue list". Once the "queue list" is exhausted, the computer will select based on our rankings, in the manner specified below:

1. There is no limit to the number of players a contestant may put in their "queue list". They can add every undrafted player to the queue in any order they see fit.

2. If the contestant "queue list" is exhausted, and the contestant timer expires, our algorithm will look for any starting lineup position still of need, and select the highest ranked remaining available player, excluding kicker or defense positions.

2a. For example, if the contestant still needs a QB, RB and 3 wide receivers to fill their starting lineup, the algorithm will choose the highest ranked player at one of those three positions and select the player for the contestant.

3. If the "queue list" is exhausted, and the contestant timer expires, and the contestant has filled their starting lineup requirement, the algorithm will choose the highest ranked player regardless of position, excluding kicker or defense.

4. Once the draft reaches Round 15, the positions of kickers and defenses are eligible to be considered as auto picks, in the event a contestant timer expires.

Rookie/Free Agent Draft: 2024 Rookie/Free Agent drafts will begin Saturday May 6, 2024, at 9:00 AM ET. Each year after a Startup/Maiden draft, there will be a 6-Round Rookie/Free Agent Draft. Available free agents can be picked freely as can rookies to the NFL. Pick 1 will be given the 1st pick in each of the 6 rounds. Pick 2 will receive the 2 in each round etc. The first 8 picks of every round will be awarded to non-playoff teams in order of least Optimal Points scored through Week 14. Picks 9-12 of each round will be determined by order of worst finish in the playoffs. In other words, the team that scores the least amount of points in the playoff round (the combined season average score + the total points scored weeks 14-17) of the 4 playoff teams, will receive the 9 pick and so on. Trading of draft picks can only involve the current year and following year rookie picks only.

If a player is not listed in the software, please select someone who wouldn't typically be drafted as a placeholder and announce your actual pick in the draft room chat. Then send an email to info@fftoolbox.com with your Team Name, League Number and Name of Draft Pick.

TANKING - While the team that scores the least amount of points is rewarded with the highest draft pick, tanking is strictly prohibited. FullTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to alter a lineup that it feels is attempting to circumvent the rules, before or after the kickoff of games. Owners can be issued warning and/or removed from the competition for violating the league trust. We go by the policy, see something say something. Please request help by using our contact page to file a complaint of tanking. FullTime Fantasy Sports will deal with this on a case-by-case basis.

Please Note: To trade a future year 1st or 2nd rookie pick, a $100 non-refundable deposit on next year's dues is required.

In-Season Roster Size: 22 man rosters plus 3 IR (Injured Reserve) roster spots = 25 maximum in-season roster spots.

Roster Requirements: There are no off-season roster positional requirements, however in season, you must roster a complete starting lineup. If a kicker or defense is not rostered, we reserve the right to drop and add players for the roster to be compliant and remove 1 bid dollar for each transaction.

1st Roster Cutdown Date: 11:59 PM ET Sunday, April 30, 2024: Rosters must cutdown to 22 no later than a week before the Rookie Free Agent draft. After the start of the draft, rosters may exceed with no limit up until the 2nd Roster Cutodown Date below.

Between the 1st and 2nd cutdown, roster size is unlimited. For that reason, you shouldn't need to utilize the IR designation

2nd Roster Cutdown Date: 11:59 PM ET Sunday, August 27, 2024: Rosters must again reach 22 total (including IR, so no more than 22 total) by the cutdown date.

1st Waiver Period (Pre-Season) - Wednesday ,September 6, 2024, at 11:00 PM ET. Waiver wire bids can be placed beginning on Monday, August 28, 2024.

2nd Waiver Period (Pre-Season) - Sunday, September 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET.

Please Note: It is each owner's responsibility to honor the cutdown dates. A courtesy email and message board post will be provided. In the event the roster is not cutdown, FFWC reserves the right to handle this on a case by case basis. Don't force us to make your cuts for you please.

Inured Reserve Roster Spots: Each season, any players on an injured reserve spot must be taken off Injured reserve prior to the 1st and 2nd Roster Cutdown Dates (above). After the rookie/free agent draft, the roster size can exceed 22 (due to trading) until the 2nd Roster Cutdown Date. IR is only open to those players listed on IR as per our league software here.

Free Agent Acquisition / Blind Bidding: The FAAB conditional "blind bidding" process run every Wednesday at 11:00 PM ET and Sunday at 10:00 AM ET from Week 2 through Week 17 of the NFL season. Each team will start with 1,000 free agent "dollars" for the season, and will be permitted to bid for free agents on a weekly basis. Bid bucks do NOT carry-over from year to year and cannot exceed 1,000. Trading of bid bucks is not allowed. Once they're gone they will not be replenished until the following season. Team owners may acquire free agents via the waiver wire bidding process or rookie draft only. Minimum bid $1 - Maximum bid $1,000. No team will be informed of any other team's free agent bids until after the winning bids have been awarded. The team with the highest valid bid on any given player will be awarded that player. The amount of the winning bid will be deducted from the winning team's free agent dollars. For each winning bid, the winning team must drop a player to make roster room for the free agent acquisition. If a team's free agent dollars go to zero, that team will no longer be allowed to bid for the rest of the season. No bid will be accepted that is larger than a team's free agent dollars. All bids must be in increments of dollars (no cents).

a. Auction Bidding vs. Blind Bidding: The FFWC blind bidding process is not an auction bidding process. Though you may bid on the same player in multiple bid groups, if you are awarded that player, you will be awarded him for the highest valid bid.

b. Available players: The only players that are available to be picked up are those that are in the league software. All players must wait until such time that the player is available in the software before acquiring them in FAAB.

c. Sunday Waivers: Players dropped on Wednesday waivers are not available for acquisition on Sunday. Thursday players are available to be dropped/added on Sunday. However, players that are in your starting lineup on Thursday are NOT eligible to be dropped on Sunday.

d. Conditional Bidding: You are only awarded one player per blind bid group. During the Waiver processing, Player bids are reviewed from the Top / Down inside of each group, not by order of bid amount, so make sure your bids are prioritized top to bottom in each group in the order you wish to receive them. If you are awarded a player from a bid group, all other bids in the group are cancelled. Please check the Links Box on the league home page to view an informative FAAB tutorial video.

Final Waiver Period: The Sunday morning FAAB prior to week 17 is the final FAAB waiver period of the season.

Please Note: The DFWC blind bidding process is not an auction bidding process. Though you may bid on the same player in multiple bid groups, if you are awarded that player, you will be awarded him for the highest valid bid.

Tied Bids: If there is a tie, the team that receives the player will be determined in order by:

1. Worst points scored

2. Coin toss by the computer

Please Note: Any active NFL player who is not on a team roster within your league is considered a free agent for that league. Fulltime Fantasy Sports may, in rare instances, remove a free agent who has been dropped by a DFWC team if in the judgment of Fulltime Fantasy the dropped player would unfairly impact the outcome of the DFWC or if there is suspected collusion.

Off-Season Dispersal Draft Option: At the end of each season, new owners and/or any owner who would like to participate, can enter the Off-Season Dispersal Draft. The same rules governing the free agent/rookie draft apply to the Off-Season Dispersal Draft except for draft order, which will be decided by random order generator provided by our league hosting software. See the FAQ for more info on the Dispersal Draft option.

Conduct: All owners are expected to act accordingly. We keep our rules short and sweet. Any disparaging remarks towards other players, the software, the rules, the company or the contest itself is grounds for removal/dismissal from the league. No refunds will be granted so please, play nice.

FFWC reserves the right to act in the league and contest's best interest at all times.

Previous Updates:

7/30/14 Injured Reserve: placing a player on Injured Reserve can only be applied when our software deems a player on IR. Injured reserve designations can occur anytime after the 2nd Roster Cutdown date, through the season and until the next year's 1st Roster Cutdown Date prior to the Rookie Draft.

7/30/14 Waivers: Waivers use conditional bidding, meaning you can only win 1 player per bid group. Conditional bidding allows much more flexibility in your bid strategy. The details will be further expanded through email prior to the 1st waivers and clarified here in the rules.

9/14/14 Waivers: Players that are submitted to your starting lineup for Thursday's game may not be dropped in Friday's waivers.

11/8/14 Trades: Players involved in trades cannot have already played their game for the week. You must wait until the end of the current week to involve them in trades. (Tuesday)

5/13/15 LIVE Draft: Back to back picks - Since each pick is alloted 12 hours, some players think the computer will give them the full 24 hours. This is not the case. If you report the issue to the commissioner at support@fftoolbox.com, we always try and work with our players if reported in a timely fashion, (during the 24 hours).

5/13/15 Draft Room ADP- Early in the season, we do not have enough data for ADP, so please don't use it as a drafting guide.

11/18/15 - Available Players: Teams may acquire players not on any roster within their league, with one exception. Players cut beginning Week 11 free agent bidding (November 14 & 15, 2018) and onward may not be re-acquired by any team. This is done to minimize potential collusion and additionally boosts the value of the following season's rookie / free agent draft. On occasion, the DFWC commissioners may remove a dropped player from the free agent pool if the commissioners think it is in the interest of upholding the integrity of the league or the event. The software will now allow both kickers and defenses to abstain from this rule. That means kickers and defenses will be exempt from this rule.

3/1/2019 - Waiver time was moved from 9pm eastern to 10pm eastern to help better accommodate those on the west coast.

3/1/2019 - An extra roster spot was awarded to total 21 + 3 IR spots = 24 total spots. This extra spot will be added after the second cutdown date, prior to the first free agency in the pre-season so that this year's strategies would only be minimally impacted.

3/1/2019 - All Play will have a run-off survey vote to change from weeks 1 and 2, to either weeks 1 and 13 or weeks 12 and 13.

3/1/2019 - For the 2020 season and beyond, rookie picks 1-8 will be awarded based on best possible (optimal starting lineup) points through week 13. This will reduce the incentive for teams to start a lessor lineup on any given week to eventually receive a better draft pick.

6/1/2020 - Due to COVID, the 2nd weekly FAAB has been moved to Sunday morning at 10:00 AM ET.

4/1/2021 - The NFL has moved to a 18 week (17 game) regular season. After polling our players, it was agreed to add an additional all play week in the regular season. All-play will now be weeks 1, 2 and 14.
