Fantasy Football Scoring Rules

Below are the detailed scoring rules for FullTime Fantasy Football leagues. Customize your league settings for a tailored experience.




Offense Scoring

An individual offensive player on any active starting lineup will be credited points for scoring in the following manner:



Passing

Action Points Description
Passing Yards 0.05 per yard Yards passing divided by 20 (e.g., 301 passing yards = 15.05 fantasy points).
Passing Touchdown 4 (6 for predraft bestballs) Points for every passing touchdown.
Interception -1 Points deducted for every interception thrown.
2-Point Conversion 2 Points for every 2-point conversion.

Rushing

Action Points Description
Rushing Yards 0.1 per yard Yards rushing divided by 10 (e.g., 116 rushing yards = 11.60 fantasy points).
Rushing Touchdown 6 Points for every rushing touchdown.
Reception 1 Points for every reception.
2-Point Conversion 2 Points for every 2-point conversion.

Receiving

Action Points Description
Receiving Yards 0.1 per yard Yards receiving divided by 10 (e.g., 73 receiving yards = 7.30 fantasy points).
Receiving Touchdown 6 Points for every receiving touchdown.
Reception 1 Points for every reception.
2-Point Conversion 2 Points for every 2-point conversion.

Placekicking Scoring

Scoring for Individual or Team Kicker:



Action Points Description
Extra Point 1 Points for every successful extra point.
Field Goal 3 + 0.1 per yard over 30 3 points for every FG of 1-30 yards, plus 0.1 point for every yard thereafter (e.g., a 46-yard FG = 4.6 points).

Defense and Special Teams Scoring



Action Points Description
Sack 1 Points for every sack.
Team Takeaway 2 Points for every interception or fumble recovery. A double turnover counts for the recovering team's defense/ST.
Touchdown 6 Points for TDs via interception return, fumble return, punt/kickoff return, blocked FG return, missed FG return, or blocked punt return. Does not include fake FGs/punts or offensive TDs after blocks.
Safety 2 Points for every safety.
Shutout 8 Points for allowing 0 points. All points scored against a team (e.g., offensive turnovers returned for TDs) count against the defense/ST.
Allowing 1-5 Points 4 Points for allowing between 1-5 points.
Allowing 6-10 Points 2 Points for allowing between 6-10 points.

Action Scoring

Any touchdown scored by a player in your starting lineup will receive 6 points. This includes, but is not limited to, punt return, kickoff return, fumble return, interception return, lateral, double turnover, etc. Quarterbacks receive 4 points for passing touchdowns.
